The Atlanta EB-5 Regional Center is the longest operating Regional Center in Atlanta since 2009.

Sachin U. Patel is a second-generation hotelier with nearly four decades of experience in every aspect of the hospitality business. Sachin founded The Atlanta EB-5 Regional Center and has placed over $1.1 Billion of capital into real estate projects nationwide. He graduated from Emory University in 2001 with a BA in Economics, concentration in International Finance.

He started his financial services career as a Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors and has worked at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. He holds a Georgia and Florida Real Estate License. Sachin is a lifetime member of AAHOA, the Asian American Hotel Owners Association and a past Board Member of the Georgia India American Chamber of Commerce. He is a volunteer youth soccer coach with the US Soccer Federation.
